First storm exits stage EAST afternoon. Next storm arrives stage WEST tomorrow night. Can the North Pacific High make a brief windy stage appearance between the two?

This will be a real race with the clock. The North Pacific High’s surface NW winds have to build fast before they die late tomorrow afternoon. In the video you can see the exiting storm and its SW winds. And notice the blue sky and puff ball clouds of the North Pacific High heading towards California. However just to the west of those puff balls another cloudy rainy storm is taking a bead on California.
