Strong sea breeze activity for So Cal where the clouds clear.

Temperatures are climbing quickly as we sit under a huge ridge.

Central California: Offshore NNE flow has cleared the marine clouds. The beaches are starting to reverse and overcome the offshore flow.
Arroyo now has the potential for upper teens. Lopez and Isabella both feel the increasing northerly flow but likely see these winds curve around to bring periods of stronger winds.

Southern California: As expected, we still have lots of fog at the beaches and small eddies at lunchtime. So we wait for both features to clear. Where clouds clear we see strong sea breeze activity. Belmont starts to see the heat close by and likely struggles.

San Diego: NW/WNW winds have developed quickly where clouds have cleared. But we have pockets of fog that are stifling winds. Where skies clear, winds peak in the low teens.
