1. North of La Paz a mass of high wind killing clouds are streaming from the SW further weakening the large scale winds.
2. Moderate NW on Pacific side making weak westerly wind over us which weakens and shortens our thermal winds.
3. As the Coastal Valleys heat we see BRIEF weak easterly winds that have to battle the westerly winds aloft.
